To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Testa Sofa is a three-seater built on an exposed teak frame with clean jointed arms and straight legs, giving the structure a visible, architectural quality. Three off-white textured cushions sit within the frame; the overall composition is wide, balanced, and calm in a way that suits any scale of outdoor space.
At Bambuá, we selected the Testa Sofa for the clarity of its design and the craftsmanship of its teak joinery. The exposed frame and neutral upholstery allow it to anchor an outdoor living space naturally, combining easily with teak tables, stone surfaces, and woven textiles.
