To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The RAWI WA Outdoor chair collection is designed to be stackable and to meet the needs of contract projects, without neglecting its place in our general catalogue. Made entirely of teak, finished with outdoor teak oil, it features a subtly sloping and curved backrest which, together with the generous width of the seat, guarantees exceptional comfort. RAWI WA represents a timeless and refined aesthetic, with simple and straight lines, testimony to the dareels aesthetic, always marked by a return to the origins, where each piece of furniture is the result of a perfect balance between nature and manual creation.
