To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Pure Armchair rests on a low, solid base of reclaimed teak planks assembled into a bold platform form, the wood showing knots, varied grain, and the natural character of reclaimed material. Two large cushions in cream-toned recycled polypropylene provide seat and back, their soft volume sitting in quiet contrast to the raw mass of the frame. The composition is deliberate and unhurried: a heavy base, a light rest.
At Bambuá, we selected the Pure for the exceptional quality of its reclaimed teak and the considered balance between raw material and refined comfort. This recycled teak armchair suits interiors with a brutalist, bohemian, or wabi-sabi sensibility that values material authenticity above all else.
