The Pure armchair is built from reclaimed railway wood, with thick beams and planks that reveal the natural knots, grain rings, and character that only time and use can give a material. Generously upholstered cushions in a warm, coarsely woven fabric sit within the angular wooden structure, creating a calm contrast between raw, weighty timber and soft, enveloping comfort. The low, architectural silhouette with its angled base and vertical plank backrest gives the chair a grounded, sculptural presence.
At Bambuá, we selected the Pure for its honest and uncompromising use of reclaimed materials; the railway wood frame carries genuine history in every knot and grain pattern. Its quiet, architectural form suits natural interiors built around tactile materials and a calm, considered aesthetic.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
