To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
PANJANG is probably the most premium collection in our outdoor sofa range. Each of the timber sections that make up the structure is an exceptional 4cm thick, providing an unrivalled level of strength and stability. Its open design, with clean, straight lines, has no superfluous elements and uses a minimum number of parts to make up the frame, giving it a remarkable visual lightness despite its exceptional strength. The seat and backrest have voluminous, generously upholstered cushions that fit the base with geometric precision and offer optimum comfort.
