The PERA cup is a handcrafted stoneware cup with a sculptural, wide-mouthed silhouette set on a small round foot, crowned with a wavy rim and a generously proportioned circular handle. Its creamy surface carries a hand-painted yellow pear motif with scattered blue rain-like dashes, giving each piece a poetic, storybook quality. Every PERA cup is shaped and decorated by hand, with subtle variations that make each one entirely individual.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
