The LIRA cup is a handcrafted stoneware cup with a wide-flared form set on a pronounced foot, decorated with hand-painted blue fish motifs in an outline sketch style and horizontal line banding at both the rim and base. The composition of fish and lines gives the cup a coastal, almost archaic character that feels timeless. Its wavy rim and large round handle emphasise the freedom of the hand-thrown form.
At Bambuá, we chose the LIRA cup for the layered quality of its decoration and the way it references a long tradition of hand-painted ceramic storytelling. It works beautifully alongside other handcrafted ceramics and fits naturally into a table set with linen, wood, and honest materials.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
