The FIRA cup is a handcrafted stoneware cup with a graceful footed silhouette and wavy rim, distinguished by a bold hand-painted bird motif set within a deep navy medallion. Scattered blue dots surround the central illustration, creating a rich, graphic surface that feels both expressive and timeless. Each cup is shaped and painted by hand, ensuring no two pieces are identical.
We selected the FIRA cup for the strength of its illustration and the way it transforms a functional object into a small work of art. It brings character and depth to any table setting and pairs naturally with ceramics that share the same honest, handmade sensibility.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, in line with EU consumer law. Simply reach out, and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
