The FAVA cup is a handcrafted stoneware cup covered in a deep reactive glaze that moves between midnight blue, navy, and near-black across its surface; the shifting tones give each cup a living, atmospheric quality unlike any painted decoration. Its wide, wavy rim and large twisted handle reflect the freedom of the hand-throwing process. No two FAVA cups look the same.
We selected the FAVA cup at Bambuá for the quiet intensity of its glaze and the way it works equally as a coffee cup or as a sculptural object on a shelf. It pairs with restraint: against cream linen, pale wood, and other pieces that allow its depth of colour to speak for itself.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, in line with EU consumer law. Simply reach out, and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
