The BAYA cup is a handcrafted stoneware cup in a warm stone glaze with a speckled, sandy surface texture and a wavy rim that follows the movement of the hand. Large dark grey polka dots are painted across the body in a relaxed, irregular arrangement, adding character without effort. Each BAYA cup is made by hand, carrying the subtle marks of the ceramic process.
Bambuá chose the BAYA cup for its easy, unpretentious character and the warmth it adds to everyday table moments. The earthy base glaze and bold dot pattern work naturally alongside other handmade ceramics and natural textiles.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, in line with EU consumer law. Simply reach out, and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
