To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Metti Corner Sofa Module pairs a generously cushioned seating section with an extended solid wood platform that functions as an integrated side surface, the whole form resting low on a clean structural base with strong, prominent grain. The upholstery is a loosely woven textured fabric in a warm off-white tone, its surface adding organic depth against the richness of the walnut wood below.
At Bambuá, we selected the Metti for its architectural clarity and the quiet generosity of its proportions. This modular sofa section adapts easily to different configurations while maintaining a consistent warmth, making it well-suited to living spaces built around natural materials and considered, unhurried design.
