To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Losse Side Table is built from thick, heavily weathered reclaimed timber planks assembled into a clean open-frame construction. The deeply textured grain, surface cracks, and natural colour variations of the wood give the piece a raw, characterful presence that no new material can replicate.
At Bambuá, we selected the Losse for the extraordinary texture of its reclaimed wood and the way its simple open form lets the material speak without distraction. It suits rustic, natural, and warm contemporary interiors where material honesty is valued above all.
