To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Lawit Lounge Chair pairs a warm teak frame with a fully hand-woven paper cord seat and back, the natural sandy tone of the cord complementing the honey warmth of the wood. Its low, reclined silhouette rests on a distinctive scissor-cross base that gives the chair a relaxed, architectural presence. Up close, the paper cord reveals a structured basket weave with quiet, tactile depth.
At Bambuá, we selected the Lawit for its refined handling of natural materials and its calm, considered form. It works well in reading corners alongside a low side table and a woven rug, in any interior that values material honesty and thoughtful proportion.
