All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Kusse Ceiling Lamp S is a tall, slender pendant in natural rattan with closely strung vertical strands and a warm suar wood disc at the top. The open weave allows light to pass through softly along the full length of the cylindrical form, creating a gentle, even glow.
At Bambuá, we chose the Kusse S for the honest simplicity of its material combination: rattan and suar wood bring warmth and craftsmanship to a refined rattan ceiling light. Its narrow proportions make it well suited to intimate dining spaces, entryways, and rooms with high ceilings.
