All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Kusse Ceiling Lamp L shares the same elegant construction as its smaller counterpart: natural rattan vertically strung along a full-bodied cylindrical form, capped with a warm suar wood disc. Its generous proportions allow it to hold its own in larger spaces while the open weave keeps the light soft and diffused.
At Bambuá, we selected the Kusse L for its honest material pairing and the quiet confidence of its scale. The rattan and suar wood combine beautifully, making this a rattan ceiling light that works as a focal point over a dining table or in a spacious living room.
