To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Driedorf Armchair has a solid rubberwood frame in a warm, smoky finish with sweeping curved armrests and a woven rope seat and back that sits open within the structure. The hand-woven rope surface has a rhythmic, regular pattern that brings natural texture and a calm craftsmanship to the chair.
At Bambuá, we selected the Driedorf for the honest combination of solid wood and natural rope, and the way its open, airy form suits a wide range of interiors. It pairs well with natural wood tables, woven rugs, and the layered materiality of a warm contemporary or bohemian home.
