To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Crewe Coffee Table is a single thick slab of suar wood with a broad oval form and an open, swirling grain that shifts in colour from golden to deep brown across its surface. The slab sits on a solid rectangular plinth base in the same wood, keeping the design simple and the material at the centre.
At Bambuá, we selected the Crewe for the beauty and scale of the suar wood slab and the way a single, well-chosen material can define a room. It suits living spaces that favour natural, grounded design over decorative detail.
