The Caen Bench carries the same material language as the Caen stools: a teak frame with natural seagrass woven tightly across the seat in even parallel bands. The weave is flat and close, creating a firm surface with the texture of natural fibre. The frame is kept minimal, the stretchers cylindrical; nothing competes with the weave and the wood.
At Bambuá, we selected the Caen Bench for its material simplicity and the quality of its hand-woven seat. This teak and seagrass bench suits colonial, natural, and coastal interiors where craft, material honesty, and functional simplicity are given equal weight.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For large furniture pieces, we can arrange a collection from your home — return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange the return yourself? We're happy to share the details.
All Bambuá pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.
If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
