Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Testa Armchair has the same design language as the Testa sofa collection: a solid teak frame with clean angular arms and jointed construction, combined with a thick off-white textured cushion. The geometry is precise and the proportions are generous; the exposed wood structure is as much a feature as the upholstery itself.
At Bambuá, we selected the Testa Armchair for the quality of its frame construction and the calm confidence of its proportions. It combines naturally with other Testa pieces and holds its own as a standalone piece in any honest outdoor setting.
