The Selmes is a deep seated sofa with plush rolled arms and a generous run of loose back cushions upholstered in a soft oatmeal bouclé fabric. Small rounded pine wood feet lift the piece gently off the floor, adding a quiet natural detail beneath the soft upholstery. If your order arrives damaged, all our shipments are fully insured, and you're covered.
Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
