The Neuffen Chair has a distinctive semicircular backrest that wraps around into partial armrests, upholstered in a warm mustard bouclé fabric with a rich, looped texture. Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
