Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Nara Bookcase is part of a collection designed by Francesc Rifé: a tall, open shelving unit in black-stained oak whose three-column grid of four shelves creates a graphic, architectural rhythm. The black finish deepens the wood grain while the structure pairs oak with black marble for a composed material dialogue of warm wood and cold stone.
