Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Nantua plant pot is carved from solid palm wood and shaped into a bold cylindrical form with a strong sculptural presence. Its surface is covered in intricate geometric patterns, hand-carved in horizontal bands of chevrons and interlocking motifs that reveal the lighter natural wood beneath the dark finish. The result is a deeply artisanal piece with a tribal character that reads as both functional and decorative.
At Bambuá, we selected the Nantua for the depth of its craftsmanship and the striking visual presence it brings to a space. It pairs naturally with dark wood, raw stone, and woven natural fibres.
