Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Mouzaki Armchair is built from round teak poles in a structure that retains the texture and irregularity of the branch, with both seat and backrest woven in an open grid of natural rope. The weave is generous enough to let light pass through while holding form, and the untreated teak frame carries the warmth of the original wood without pretension. It is as close to forest-floor sitting as considered furniture design allows.
At Bambuá, we selected the Mouzaki for its uncompromising naturalism and the skill required to bring raw materials into a functional form.
