The Jacquard Chaise Longue follows a flowing S-curve from its contoured headrest down to the elevated footrest, the bouclé upholstery divided into horizontal channels that emphasise the ergonomic line of the piece. Its base is formed from solid elm wood panels, structured and substantial, giving the chaise a calm, grounded presence.
At Bambuá, we selected the Jacquard Chaise Longue for the honest pairing of elm wood and bouclé and the considered, ergonomic form that makes it genuinely restful. Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
