At Bambuá, we chose the Flaeh for its honest use of natural materials and its understated form. The contrast between the dark wood and the warm seagrass weave makes it easy to pair with wood surfaces, natural stone, and linen throughout a contemporary natural interior.

Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
