The Caen Stool is built from a slender teak frame with a backrest of solid teak and a seat woven tightly in natural seagrass. At 108 centimetres, it sits at bar height; its clean colonial form follows a tradition that has changed little because it works so well. The seagrass weave carries a warm, earthy tone that the teak only deepens.
