Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging carefully. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed at the time of delivery. Without this, the transport carrier cannot process a damage claim.
Once documented, contact us by email or chat within 24 hours, and we'll handle everything from there. We'll arrange a collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Agia Stool sets a herringbone-woven seat and backrest within a clean teak frame, both surfaces in natural seagrass that brings warmth and texture across the full chair. The open weave of the backrest allows air and light to pass through, while the seat weave is denser and more structured. The lighter natural tone of this teak frame gives the Agia a softer, more open quality than darker teak pieces.
